At Hotel Traube Post, the mornings are already pure delight. This is due to our gourmet breakfast offering a vast range of local specialities: tasteful muesli from Latsch, fine milk products from close-by alpine dairies, crusty bread straight from our own oven, cold meats and bacon from South Tyrol, exquisite teas and more await you in an ambience whetting your appetite for a day out in the Vinschgau Valley. Book our half-board to also indulge in a five-course dinner. We provide special menus for guests with allergies or special dietary requirements (Restaurant, Gluten-Free etc.). You can look forward to Mediterranean delicacies, South Tyrolean titbits, authentic Alpine cheese, fresh herbs from the garden and the creativity of head chef René Bachmann. Indulge in excellent cuisine recommended by Gault-Millau in our restaurant at Lake Reschen. Between 12.00 and 4.00 pm our guests can choose snacks from our bistro menu (against a fee).
